About Emri Build
Emri Build is the next chapter of a family trade. The company began in the Niagara Region as a plastering and stucco outfit — the kind of crew other contractors called when the finish had to be right. Emri Build carries that standard on both sides of the wall today — stucco and EIFS envelopes outside, drywall and complete interiors inside — serving general contractors, builders, and developers across the Greater Toronto Area and across Ontario.
Craft first
Flat walls, crisp corners, finish levels honoured as written. The trade done properly is the whole brand.
Straight answers
Real numbers, stated exclusions, honest schedules. If something's a problem, you hear it from us first.
Clean sites
Board stacked right, cuts contained, garbage out. How the site looks is how the work goes.
Today the company runs two full trades — exterior stucco and EIFS, and interior drywall systems. The trajectory is complete design-build delivery: one company carrying a building from envelope to finished space.
